Xie xin εδΏ‘ to myself π
Dear Raef,
This 6 weeks will be super hectic for you. Normally people pick up a new language around 6 months of learning but you, you only have 6 weeks! You have to promise yourself to take on this tiaozhan ζζ with focus and hard work to be able to accomplish first-class grades for this subject and make Choo θεΈ happy.
For the first step, you will have to learn Pinyin. It is a phonetic system to learn Chinese in romanised alphabets. A word consists of initial consonants, finals consonants and the tones.
Initial consists of 21 consonants which are b, p, m, f, d, t, n, l, g, k, h, j, q, x, zh, ch, sh, r, z, c, s. Meanwhile, final consists of 39 consonants which are a, o, e, ai, ei, ao, ou, an, en, ang, eng, ong, i, ia, ie, iao, iou, ian, in, iang, ing, iong, u, ua, uo, uai, uei, uan, uen, u(yu), ue(yue), uan(yuan), un(yunn). For the pronunciation I will include this online θεΈ to guide you my dearself.
For the tones, there is not much to explain except watching this other video by online θεΈ.
That is all for reference. If you have spare time, please finish the series of classes on youtube by online θεΈ from Chinese e-Learning. Thank-you Raef π
Sincerely,
